Big, stout, beautiful and cowy, this athletic gelding is ready to go in any direction - ranch, rope, trail, or sort! He is perfect for all aspects of ranching. He would make a great head horse or ranch versatility show prospect. He is a very sweet, gentle and safe gelding with absolutely no vices and no buck! We purchased Curly as a yearling and he has been a pleasure to work and train from start to finish. Not only is he sweet with a laid back disposition, he is sure to turn heads wherever he goes. He is super gentle and one of a kind! VERY 𝗖𝗢𝗪𝗬 and catty for a big horse! Curly has a super handle and lots of feel. Neck rein, back and side passes to open and close gates perfectly. He lopes both leads beautifully with a great stop. Curly has been used roping and doctoring yearlings and does it like a well seasoned ranch horse. He has been started on the head side out of the box with slow cattle. He has spent many hours tracking and roping the Hot heels and slow steers. He has a lot of rate and run. Curly has an extensive amount of miles on the trail and is very sure footed. He is good with water, guns, bull whips, dogs, flags, traffic, and rough terrain. He rides quiet out alone or in a group. He is a great horse inside or outside the arena! Curly can be ridden bareback, anywhere – not just inside the arena! He is very laid back and never gets worked up in any situation you put him in. Curly loads, clips, and stands for farrier and grooming, perfectly. He is good and quiet in a stall and easy to catch in the pasture. We have spent an endless amount of time training and developing Curly into something special. He has an extremely willing and gentle personality with a desire for your attention and affection.
