Huge, stout, extremely athletic 15.3 hand, 𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗡, cow horse deluxe! He is an extremely special ranch horse and making a SUPER head horse 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧. We have owned “Jessie Ray” for the past two years and he is definitely my barn favorite. He is a great family, trail, and trick horse, too! He is super gentle and one of a kind! VERY 𝗖𝗢𝗪𝗬, and catty for a big horse! He has a SUPER handle, soft slow trot and nice slow lope with lead changes, but when asked to run, 𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗥𝗨𝗡! “Jessie Ray” has been trail ridden extensively in the high country of Wyoming and Colorado and is very sure footed. He is good with bullwhips, traffic, guns, water, bridges, and rough terrain. He has been started on the head side out of the box with slow cattle. He has spent many hours tracking and roping the Hot heels and slow steers. He has a lot of rate and run. He has spent long days penning and doctoring mean crossbred cattle, as well as pasture roping and doctoring cattle at our preconditioning facility. “Jessie Ray” also knows how to lay down on command from the ground or from the saddle, and will side pass up to anything for easy mounting, which makes getting on this big guy a breeze! He is very safe and has never offered to buck. He stands quiet for the farrier, clipping, bathing, and grooming. He is easy to catch in the pasture and quiet in the barn. “Jessie Ray” truly is a sweetheart and loves attention! He is bred cow horse top & bottom! Grandson of 𝗣𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗢𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟! “Jessie Ray” would be a good fit for anyone looking for a trail horse, show, or super head horse prospect. He is sound with clean radiographs approved by Ocala Equine Hospital in Ocala, FL. Negative Coggins with routine vaccinations and deworming. It is very important to me that my “Jessie Ray” go to a good, loving home. He is one of the good ones and he is ready for the next chapter in his life.
